Job Details:
As a Construction Manager for our multimillion-Dollar Home building projects, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our high-end, custom homes to life. This is not just another job; it's an opportunity to create dream homes for our clients, while working in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from the initial planning stages to the final walk-through, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects, including planning, coordination, budget management, and supervision of on-site activities.
2. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all project specifications and quality standards are met.
3. Develop and maintain construction schedules, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
5. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other on-site personnel, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and effectively.
6. Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
7. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
8. Ensure that all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the custom home building sector.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control practices.
4. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee a team of professionals and subcontractors.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. A thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
