```Duties```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in Construction Management or related role
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., ProCore) and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive project success
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
