Construction Laborer/Carpenter

```Duties:```
Complete various construction tasks, including but not limited to:

• Rough framing
• Trim carpentry
• Painting
• Interior remodeling
• Operating hand and power tools
• Installation of construction materials
• Preparing job sites
• Removing debris and construction materials

```Skills:```

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Frontier primarily focuses on locating and renovating value-add investment properties in need of development throughout the Buffalo and Niagara Falls regions. We also perform large renovations on owner occupied homes and on properties that need extensive rehab.

We have carved out a niche for ourselves as a "small scale" incremental development company that can deliver on projects some of the larger firms cannot. We believe that a series of many small incremental real estate investments in a community can help to build lasting wealth and a strong neighborhood for generations to come.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
