We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Dig trenches and backfill holes as needed
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
