SalaryWe are looking to add another member to our growing team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, a self-starter, a team player, able to solve problems, organized, able to track and record time spent on different tasks.
Maintenance Daily activities would include… Fixing roof leaks, inspecting facilities, repairing sprinkler systems, touching up paint, pressure washing and recording daily accomplishments.
Construction daily activates would include… Building new buildings from the ground up. Dirt Work, electrical underground, grading, painting, concrete, and carpentry.
Looking for a well-rounded individual who has experience in construction and maintenance who is mechanically minded. Someone who is willing to learn and work hard.
This is a full-time position. Looking to fill the position immediately. Hiring 1 candidate for this role.
Schedule
· Monday – Friday
· 8 Hour shifts
· 8 am-5 pm
Requirements
· Work outside.
· Track time spent on tasks.
· Lift 50-80 lbs.
· Current Driver’s License.
· Clean Driving Record.

We have been in business since 1970. Family-owned and operated. Coming from a farming background we expanded into land leveling and continuing with construction. We now have several different divisions including trucking, construction, maintenance, and retail. All divisions work alongside each other and help when needed. Providing us all with a many different opportunities to learn new skills. Two days are rarely the same. We are always taking on new projects and expanding.
