POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for tasks involving
physical labor on pool construction projects. These tasks can range from
simple to complex, such as cleaning up the site, digging trenches, and building
whatever is necessary for the specific job.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
● Perform a variety of daily construction tasks at the direction of
construction managers and team leads.
● Digging trenches and backfill holes to prepare for the construction
site.
● Clean and prepare the construction site as needed, including removing
hazardous materials and debris from the worksite.
● Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites.
● Loading and unloading building materials.
● Assisting in the plumbing of pools and hot tubs.
● Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations
immediately to management.
● Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing
them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when
not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
● Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient
manner, and in compliance with government and company PPE
(Personal Protection Equipment) standards.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience in general construction.
● Skilled in operating basic hand and power tools.
● Ability to operate a skid-steer (bobcat) and forklift.
● Motivated to learn.
● Ability to work independently and stay focused.
● Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime.
● Valid Driver’s License required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Sitting, Standing, and Walking for long durations.
● Ability to operate in confined spaces (accessing crawl spaces)
● Carrying, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.
● Working outdoors for prolonged periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
