```Overview```

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is an on the job training opportunity, and women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with heavy civil construction projects. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and perform manual labor tasks.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Operate hand and power tools as directed

- Assist with the installation of fixtures, structures, and equipment

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required

- Must have ability to get to worksite up to two hours away from Erie.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
