Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Construction Laborer for one of our luxury home communities in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
What is the opportunity?
The Laborer position is responsible for general site clean-up, floor prep, miscellaneous paint touch-ups, caulking, and erosion control items.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- General site clean-up
- Floor prep
- Miscellaneous paint touch-up and caulking
- Assist Construction Manager with daily tasks
- Retain and communicate information with all construction trades
- Erosion control tasks
- All other duties as assigned
