Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Construction Industry Scheduler-Customer Service person to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintain detailed records and work with closely with install teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a construction office environment, possess strong administrative skills, and have the ability to effectively communicate with team members and vendors. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Duties:
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling of sales appointments and project installations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and follow up.
- Utilize MarketSharp and Joist transactions related to construction projects.
Skills:
- Construction office experience is preferred
- Strong front desk skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proven ability to prioritize task
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Effective calendar management skill
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Marketing experience a plus.
