The Foreman position is tailored for individuals with a minimum of five years of experience as a construction laborer or hardscape laborer. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and leadership development for those with a strong foundation in construction activities. Under the mentorship of experienced project managers, you will further enhance your skills to transition into a leadership role within the landscape construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive targeted training to refine and expand your construction skills.
• Work closely with experienced project managers to gain insights into project coordination and leadership.
• Assist in coordinating and executing construction projects.
• Learn advanced project planning and resource allocation strategies.
• Assume increasing responsibilities in overseeing and guiding a team of laborers.
• Enforce safety regulations on construction sites based on your extensive experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a construction laborer or hardscape laborer.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction processes and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eagerness to undergo targeted training and development for a leadership role.
