Ellingson is hiring a Construction Foreman to join their growing rehabilitation/CIPP team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.
- This position is based out of our shop in West Concord, Minnesota, but nation-wide travel is required and will be paid for.

The Foreman will be responsible for the following:
- Manage projects and crew members: Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, best practices, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed.
- Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.
- Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three years or more of construction Rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.
- Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience.
- Long hours and overtime will be required.
- Travel and overnight stay will be required. Regular travel schedule is a two week rotation: on duty 10 days and four days off.
- A positive, flexible, teamwork attitude.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three years or more of construction Rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.
- Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience.
