Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage construction task in accordance with priorities and goals
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations
- Manage and guide use of machinery and equipment
- Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues
- Allocate and delegate responsibilities
- Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
- Ensure labor and other resources are necessary and available
- Prepare and present progress of the project
Requirements:
- Experience in construction management
- Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
- Experience and knowledge of Electrical controls and building automation
- Familiarity with Blue prints
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good math skills
- Any additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage
