Construction Estimator - Project Manager

M&T Enterprises in St. George, UT is seeking a Construction Estimator - Project Manager to join our team full-time. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR - PROJECT MANAGER

• Manage the timely completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are running smoothly
• Conduct site visits, prepare estimates, coordinate with contractors and vendors,
• Work closely with the client to keep them updated and make sure their needs are being met

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Must live in the St. George area
• Analytically minded and a great problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This project management position is full-time and typically works from 8 AM - 5 PM.
