This estimating position is for design/build projects for Outdoor living areas, Landscaping, Fencing medium to large-sized residential properties and outside sales of Snow Services and is a full-time year around position. We are the leading company in our market and most of our clients come to us - very little cold calling, if any, is expected during the landscaping season. Winter marketing is geared towards building owners, property managers and facility maintenance supervisors.

Wanted qualities - for this position include:

- 3 years of experience in sales or estimating in the LANDSCAPING/HARDSCAPE Design field or similar fields
- 3 years of experience in Sales or Construction Management
- PC and computer proficiency
- Experience in using CRM software programs preferred
- Knowledge of landscape, plants, hardscape, deck and fence building, and other construction materials

Responsibilities for this position include:

Sales & Estimating

- Sell new projects to clients, which requires an initial qualification and consultation, proper measurements, estimation, conduct site assessments, create solutions and follow up presentation/sales meeting
- Manage all customer interactions, beginning with initial contact to the close out of each project
- Prepare and present proposals in a complete and professional manner per company standards
- Sell work within approved margin guidelines to achieve targeted job costs and profit margins
- Monitor installation work and work closely with production staff regarding scheduling, quality control, man-hours and customer service
- Maintain a high close ratio by developing strong customer relations and continuously pursuing all projects that have not been officially sold yet
- Continue to train, learn, gain experience in different designs and concepts and in all fields
- Possess a strong understanding of overcoming objections and techniques to land sales

Applicants must have a valid Driver's License. Position requires extended work hours in the summer and flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekend hours as needed. There will be flexibility also to maximize life work balance. We offer a competitive salary based on talents, qualifications, and experience, plus commission-based bonuses.

*If relocating from outside of Alaska, a relocation package will be provided by Titan, LLC. In the amount not to exceed 5000.00

Salary/Commissions: Salary/Commissions: Sales staff earn approximately $7k - $12k per month on average. Pay is based on a guaranteed base salary and a 6% commission on net job profits. Senior Sales Estimators sell on average over $1.5 million per year.
