Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking a well experienced CEI Senior Project Manager to support the projects within the Orlando, FL region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for: Directing a highly complex and specialized Construction Engineering administration and inspection program.
• Responsible for: Planning and organizing the work of subordinate and staff members.
• Responsible for: Developing and/or reviewing policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
• Responsible for: Reviewing programs for conformance with Department standards.
• Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
• Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
• Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.
• Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.
• Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.
• Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.
• Works under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
• Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
• Due to the nature of the projects a US Citizenship is required
• Valid US Driver's License

Preferred Experience:

• FDOT Advanced MOT
• Professional Engineer (PE)
• CTQP Quality Control Manager (Attend and pass the examination)
  • To be achieved by Project NTP, if CEI Project Administrator/ Project Engineer holds qualification at time of proposal

Ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another state.
Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (Orlando, FL locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $188,000.
