Triad Electrical Solutions is currently recruiting for experienced Construction Electricians to join our team in the Richmond area. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of electrical systems and be able to diagnose and repair any issues. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a commitment to safety.
Successful Candidates will:
- Possess exceptional mechanical skills, knowledge of electrical systems, and power distribution concepts and applications
- Have an excellent understanding of the National Electric Code
- Understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical drawings, and manufacturer’s installation manuals
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit, using tools such as saws, pipe threading machine, and conduit bender
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems in an industrial environment, may supervise or repair faulty equipment or systems
- Install and terminate electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, control devices, and power distribution panels using hand and power tools
- Use various types of testing equipment such as a multimeter or megger
- Observe functionality of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement
- Be able to train and coach apprentices and other coworkers
- Follow all safety and operating instructions
- Perform all duties as assigned

Pay: $26.00 - $48.00 per hour
