We are a construction company specializing in residential wood framing of single and multifamily structures with operations in Northern and Southern California. We are offering an administrative level position for part-time work.
Job duties will include the following:
- Download all Construction Documents to the company server.
- Print and/or email documents as necessary for all required individuals.
- Catalog all RFIs and send to all required individuals.
- Order printer paper, toner and other necessary supplies.
- Schedule required maintenance visits for printers.
- Coordinate with other office and field personnel for accomplishment of tasks.
- Assist with any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the department manager.
No construction experience is necessary, but the candidate must possess some basic business administrative experience, a high school diploma, excellent organization / grammatical / communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. "BlueBeam" and "PlanGrid" software experience is a plus.
