Position: Construction Crew Foreman

Your Role

As our Foreman, you're not just overseeing projects; you're the glue that holds everything together. What You'll Do:

- Lead, inspire, and mentor your crew, ensuring that every project is a masterpiece.

- Engage with our valued customers, ensuring they're always in the loop and ecstatic with our work.

Physical Demands & Experience:

- Lifting a minimum of 60 lbs.

- Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling, kneeling, crouching.

- Standing for extended periods of time.

- Carrying, climbing, pulling, sitting, stooping.

- Ability to withstand working in different weather environments including extreme cold and heat.

- Construction experience, a minimum of five years.

- Understanding or knowledge of reading plans/blueprints.

- Knowledge of foundations and structural elements.

- Experience leading, training, and coaching teammates/crew members.

- Ability to write legibly and error-free.

- Ability to perform all aspects of the job including, but not limited to:

- Waterproofing crawlspace and basement areas.

- Hand digging and waterproofing.

- Sump pump installation.

- Window well installation.

- Polyurethane crack injection.

- Epoxy crack injection.

- Other Requirements:

- Must possess and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.

- DOT Medical card a plus

- Must have reliable transportation operations facility daily.

- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
