Must Haves:
Experience with primary Utilities (Electric power/Air / Piping) with equipment. (Minimum 5yrs)
Experience with NFPA70 (NEC) code. (Minimum 1yr)
Experience managing Union labor (Minimum 3yrs)
MS Office, (Excel, Word, Power point)
Project management / communication skills (Work with Vendors/engineers, communicate with Management, Customers and Contractors)
Experience with Equipment Layout, Set, Level, Anchor Confirmation and Buyoff (Min. 2 yrs)
Bonus:
Logistics planning experience
Prefer someone with knowledge/experience automobile manufacturing and process equipment
Some CAD experience is a huge plus (preferred)
NFPA79 Code experience,
Requirements:
Manager is requesting for In-person interviews so please discuss the same with the candidates. Also, we can pitch this role as Construction Coordinator/ Manager to the candidates. On paper the tittle would be Construction Coordinator only.
Must be able to work on weekends/holidays/Shutdowns.
Must be able to travel (up to 5%) – Vendor sites in USA and Japan. Chances for Japan travel is very less. Most of the travel will be within USA. Incase if they need to travel Japan it will be for minimum 2 weeks for a single trip. (very Slight possibility)
Overtime – 25% as per business requirement
Project management / communication skills (Work with Vendors/engineers, communicate with Management, Customers and Contractors).
Experience managing Union labor.
Job Description:
Support upcoming Production Engineering Equipment installation Projects.
Support planning for installation of machines and processes related to the new production lines.
Support construction management of contractors tasked with equipment installation per NFPA
Confirm installation quality of machines and processes related to the new / modified production lines.
Support PE with the planning and assessment of feasible options for construction related activity.
Liaison for TMNA PE to construction contractor to validate for project management.
Experienced industry support to younger engineers learning the industry and trades.
