FX FACILITY GROUP (formerly known as Foxx Construction) is a regional provider of construction management services, founded as a subsidiary of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. in 1983. One of our first projects was restoring and revitalizing our headquarters, the Goodall Building, located in Downtown Cincinnati’s Empowerment Zone, across from the City of Cincinnati’s City Hall. From that beginning, we began providing schedule, cost, and quality oversight for various construction projects throughout Greater Cincinnati. FX FACILITY GROUP has developed specific expertise in managing construction projects related to healthcare facilities and office complex and tower renovations.

Job Description

FX FACILITY GROUP is looking for an individual to conduct job site clean-up. This includes coming in behind our construction team and subcontractors to thoroughly clean, organize, and prep the area for the following day. In the training process, this individual will do a walk-through with the site Superintendents to get an idea of exactly what is expected and receive any special clean-up instructions for each job site. It is critical to only use products suited for the type of material he or she is cleaning.

Responsibilities

The goal of this position is to ensure all job sites are kept exquisitely clean and organized. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Cleaning up site to maintain clear floor space and keeping the site as organized as possible
• Ensuring tools and materials are organized
• Properly disposing of any debris and trash
• Wiping down surfaces
• Sweeping and/or mopping floors

Job Requirements/Desired Qualifications

While experience in healthcare cleaning, EVS, or construction is preferred, this is a role for anyone who:

• Goes above and beyond at work.
• Is extremely organized.
• Can't stand being late or missing work.
• Loves cleaning and isn't afraid of hard work.
• Has high attention to detail.

Pay Rate and Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 2nd shift, 8 hours
• $20.00 P/H

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
