Construction Cleaner

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various housing facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and residents.

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and steam clean
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in residential, commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
