General Description:
The laborer position is responsible for performing general labor work along with assisting craftsmen in performing their tasks. Laborers must apply sound judgement and understanding when carrying out detailed or uninvolved written and/or oral instructions. Must have the ability to analyze and handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have the ability to read and interpret safety manuals and warning signs, drawings, specifications, rigging diagrams and lifting capacity charts for equipment and load carrying parts. Must display capable oral communication skills and have the ability to provide and receive oral safety warnings, instructions and task assignments. This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. Essential Duties Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in CCI's STEPBACK safety program and stay compliant with online training modules in Virtual Training Assistant (VTA/EHS). Review and comply with the various Client's safety programs.
• Your responsibility includes representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Assist in civil and mechanical construction, excavation / trenching, backfill / compacting, raking, shoveling, cleaning, organizing materials, and day-to-day facility operations.
• Assist in loading and unloading of material and equipment for mobilization. Knowledge of load securement practices.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of petroleum storage tanks for inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Must have general knowledge of and experience with standard equipment operations such as skidsteer, zoom boom, manlift, forklift, and up to loader.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to use a band saw, mag drill, grinder, handheld portable drill, read a tape measure, and other applicable hand tools/power tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a mechanical shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A current Cook Inlet Training Standard (CITS) health safety card, an OSHA 10 hour, OR 24-hour Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) training is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience around heavy equipment / cranes in an oilfield environment is preferred.
Tank Cleaning experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience operating equipment such as skidsteer, zoom boom, forklift, loader.

A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. • MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
• VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
• LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
