Core Skills:
Liaises with property owners, construction firms, architects, and regulatory bodies.
Keeps the client's Project Managers and Engineers up-to-date on project advancement.
Oversees the on-site progression of construction works.
Generates routine updates on construction activity and site conditions.
Supports project engineers in troubleshooting construction dilemmas.
Applies basic arithmetic to solve construction-related problems.
Required Experience and Education:
A high school diploma or a GED equivalent is essential. An engineering degree isn't a prerequisite, but a technical diploma or education in a construction-related field is beneficial. Nonetheless, direct experience in construction may compensate for the lack of formal education.
Expertise in electrical and/or mechanical trades is favored.
The role entails regular visits to various job sites, liaising with clients and construction crews.
Must be prepared to travel.
