Form of work Summary
The Product Catalog Connectivity Specialist supports the Allegiant Ecommerce program by executing against priorities via Allegiant 3rd party / hotel management and web content systems. Priorities defined include the implementation of hotel partner contracts via electronic distribution, support for car sales, sales and revenue initiatives and various web content-related tasks determined in support of the Allegiant Ecommerce program. This position will be remote.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Bachelor's degree in related area. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Years of Experience:
Minimum four (4) years of experience in the use and management of hospitality-related systems.
Minimum two (2) years of technical support experience or equivalent with business systems.
Background in the use of industry standard and / or proprietary systems developed to manage 3rd party inventory, 3rd party electronic distribution / integration and / or web content.
Experience as a subject matter expert in the use of the above systems in a business context and comfortable participating in strategic projects by demonstrating the use of systems and providing feedback on new requirements and software development.
Full understanding of the importance of and experience in developing system documentation and in the use of system knowledgebases.
Experience and knowledge configuring inventory in business systems for web customer consumption / purchase.
Exceptional communication skills that enables candidate to connect with internal customers and work effectively across departments.
Strong attention-to-detail. Highly motivated to gain a detailed understanding of system features and functionality by being involved in daily operations, troubleshooting and in the development of systems.
Ability and confidence to set own schedule according to priorities and business need / urgency and be comfortable within a highly collaborative and flexible team environment.
Solutions oriented.
Creative, self-driven individual who owns and optimizes programs start to finish.
Preferred Requirements
Background in technical support or equivalent experience troubleshooting and problem-solving system issues as a business user.
Working knowledge of HTML best practices.
Proficiency in diagnosing and trouble shooting business system issues, experience working hospitality electronic distribution and / or web content related system issues.
Strong understanding of hospitality systems and associated processes especially as it relates to hotel systems connectivity and connectivity partners (such as IBS, DerbySoft, etc.) for electronic distribution.
Job Duties
Build, launch and test hotel partners for sale on Allegiant.com.
Build / Update web content for display on Allegiant.com.
Monitor and develop best practices for building out the Allegiant Product Catalog via configuration, testing / quality assurance, etc.
Documentation of a comprehensive and integrated hotel operations program considering the different facets of Leisure Sales, marketing and operations.
Meet defined goals determined as part of the 3rd party partner integration program.
Support various reporting activities or requests either directly through 3rd party management systems or by making data and information available to other teams within the Allegiant organization.
Identify and prioritize potential issues and oversee their resolution internally or with vendors as necessary.
Assist & support IT in managing data between internal and 3rd party systems.
Support leadership team member insights on performance.
Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
