Rate Range: $20-$21/Hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• System Imaging and Configuration:Conduct system imaging and configuration processes for new hire workstations, ensuring a standardized and efficient setup.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain system images for different departments and job roles.
• Hardware and Software Integration: Integrate hardware components, peripherals, and software applications to create a cohesive and functional computing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to hardware or software configurations.
• Onboarding Support: Work closely with HR and IT teams to coordinate the timely onboarding of new employees.
• Provide technical support and guidance to new hires during the initial setup phase.
• Documentation and Standards: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and policies in all system imaging and configuration processes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT support teams to address escalated technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with end-users to gather requirements and provide technical assistance.

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Solid understanding of system imaging and configuration processes.
• Proficiency in deploying and configuring hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with IT documentation and standards.
