Job Duties: Primary duty is machine configurations for user and pre-configs Ticket assignments via Service Now ticketing system assigned by Depot Team lead Configure, repair and ship all equipment according to SLA's Provide Next Day SLA's for standard configurations Check in all returned equipment daily Follow checklist and all procedures accurately provided by the team lead and client Repairs- as needed if equip returned is still under warranty Limited client interaction- directions from Depot Team Lead Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with management, team lead and team members Represent CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner Other duties as needed direct
