Conference Room Support Lead

Amentum is currently seeking a Conference Room Support Lead to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.

You will be a part of a team that resolves incidents, service requests, and problems associated with service failures or degradations that are related to hardware and software computing devices (including mobile equipment). Additionally, you will support multi-user rooms (e.g., Skype rooms, classrooms) and video and collaborative technologies. Computer Field Services provide second-tier, desk-side computer support of computing hardware and software in NM, CA, D.C., and NV. Support is provided in both the unclassified and classified arenas, across the general campus, including in high-security buildings (HSBs).

As a member of the team, you will:

• Unclassified and Classified Video conference event scheduling and coordination support.
• Secure Video conference bridge and meeting setup support within the Enterprise
• Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments.
• Video conference and Microsoft Teams system training support
• Video conference and presentation systems planning, design and installation for all
• Classified and Unclassified environments and product lines.
• Video conference and AV Systems support and maintenance.
• Live Events, Video Production, Recording and Presentation Streaming in both Auditorium and Conference room Environments.
• Conversion and Publishing of Classified and Unclassified AV Media Files
• Technical leadership of junior team members
• Escalation point for Conference Room troubleshooting and setup

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a High School degree and 3 years of experience OR equivalent.
• Related experience can be substituted for relevant education and vice versa.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Clearance.
