In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.
What’s the Role?
Guaranteed Rate Affinity is looking to hire a successful, experienced Condo Processor to help support our Loan Origination team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order and review several necessary online system checks and a variety of mortgage loan documentation
- Use state of the art technology to manage your pipeline of loans as well as complete your job functions in a productive manner
- Provide world-class customer service and respectful, consultative guidance to your clients and third parties
- Be on an innovative and fun team that is revolutionizing the way loans are processed at Guaranteed Rate
- Receive ongoing comprehensive training and become an expert on the mortgage process
- Assist the client, the POD, and the VP by processing the condo documents for the condo underwriting department's review
Competencies:
- Experience processing condo home-owner's association documents for mortgages is strongly preferred but not required
- Experience processing mortgages in general is a requirement
- Attention to detail, time management, excellent communication skills required
- Customer service and strong tech skills (outlook, Microsoft office, and various website navigation) required. Encompass experience highly desired
