Condo Cleaner

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including condos and beach houses. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Clean and restock restroom facilities

- Change linens

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols

- Adhere to health and safety regulations

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products

- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning is preferred

- Familiarity with custodial duties is a plus

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have a working smartphone

-Must provide basic cleaning supplies

-Weekends are a necessity. Window to get in and complete job is roughly 10am-4pm. Exceptions in some situations.

Compensation:

-Pay is weekly and calculated per unit. Each house/condo will have a specific cleaning fee associated. Increase after 2 months.
