Concrete Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a variety of civil construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent preferred.
