Concrete Laborer

Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking a* ConstructionConcrete Laborerto join our Western Region team based out of Tempe, Arizona to assist in performing Structural Concrete Repair and Bridge Maintenance Projects. This candidate will be able to travel within Arizona and to other states for approximately 2 weeks at a time*, be a hard worker, and able to easily adapt to a variety of tasks. Our ideal candidate will enjoy travel, working on bridges, learning new skills, working with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a part of a traveling bridge repair and maintenance crew.
• You will be performing concrete repairs and overlays on bridges.
• You will be driving a company truck and towing equipment.
• You will be working night or day shifts.
• Every project has different requirements, a typical shift is 8-9 hours.
• You will be required to follow all safety practices and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
• You will be operating hand saws and other power tools. (Training will be provided.)
• Concrete forming and finishing, demolition, mixing chemicals

Requirements:

• Must have construction experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for two+ years.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical, and background checks.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to travel full-time out of state.
• Ability to work variable shifts, nights and weekends when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

• The pay range is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
