About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a General Laborer Apprentice at a Phoenix based company. No construction experience is required and the experienced staff at Trocon are ready to teach all aspects of the concrete trade. Come aboard and create a career in construction from the ground up where you can make $50k+ in your 2nd year! Responsibilities

• Performing miscellaneous labor tasks
• Following instructions accurately and completing assigned courses of action
• Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other laborers when necessary
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training at all times
• Perform site clean-up
• Safely operate hand and power tools with direction from superior
• Follow all company safety policies and practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction a plus
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have an eye for quality.
• Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time
• No construction experience necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)
