Concrete Laborer

Responsibilities:
Perform various finishing tasks on construction projects, including but not limited to:

- Frame carpentry
- Concrete finishing and mixing
- Smooth and finish surfaces which may include walls, floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs with the use of various hand and power tools.

- Assist in the process of pouring foundations, carrying out the measurement and the laying out of sidewalks and driveways, and any necessary finishing and smoothing work.

- Mark and reinforce areas where cement has been newly or recently added to ensure that such areas are dry and properly set.
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality finishes
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge and skills in frame carpentry, hardscape, roof installation, concrete finishing, tile laying, and other relevant areas
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
