Concrete Finisher/Carpenter/Rod Buster

Revolution Industrial is looking for skilled Concrete Carpenters/Finishers/Rod Buster with industrial experience. To be consider for this position you must have your OSHA 10/30 Certification and 2 years of Experience as a Concrete Carpenter/Finisher.

Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. These positions are in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (Must be willing to travel). Feel free to submit your resume to schedule an interview (Monday – Friday).

Multiple Positions Available - Day Shift = 5-6 Days/8-10 Hour Shifts

28-32/Hour = Depending on Experience

Per Diem - In Select Locations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
• Excavates and preps for concrete forms.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Able to work with all types of hand and power tools such as but not limited to trowels, skillsaws, hammer drills, concrete saws, layout, measuring equipment, small equipment and general construction tools.
• Ability to work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions.
• May be required to perform tasks from other job descriptions depending on available work and schedules, wall/foundation building as form setter, earthwork, etc.
• Able to pump water using the appropriate equipment.
• Respond to the Field Engineer, Concrete Foreman and their team to resolve issues.
• Ability to tie rebar and set string line for setting concrete forms.
• Performs the concrete placement and finish to include placing, finishing, curing, and cutting of concrete slabs.
• Ensures applications of floor toppings & finishes to meet project requirements consistent with floor flatness and floor levelness.
• Required to perform a variety of tasks including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, buildings, and site work, according to specifications and drawings.
• Must have knowledge of proper cross slopes and acceptable tolerances of sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, driveways, and other concrete structures.
• Patching and repairing of concrete work, concrete restoration and concrete joint treatments.
• Proficient in the use of the following tools: straight edges to establish grade, bull floats, mops and Highway Straight Edges, float blades, combo blades, hand tools, sledgehammer, hand saws, power drills, saws, lasers and finish blades and has the knowledge to use the equipment at the proper time of the place-finishing sequence.
• Ability to use hand tools for floor finishing, edging, joint tooling. Single and double trowel machines. Curing, pump and vibratory equipment. Walk-behind trowels and double riders.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all tools and equipment required and has the knowledge to use the equipment at the proper time of the place-finishing sequence.
