• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills.
• Qualification in project management is highly advantageous.
• Journeyman-level working knowledge of power tools, equipment, and various construction materials.
• Journeyman-level ability to read, interpret, and work from basic and routine sketches, blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Ability to tie rebar and finish concrete.
• Ability to set up and use a laser level to establish and check elevations.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in concrete formwork is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to changing project needs.
• *Clean driving record preferable.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
• Conduct repair work and installation of concrete, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Ability to assess the quality of concrete work, woodwork, and materials.
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand or kneel for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
