Spring Oak Senior Living is actively seeking Front Desk Concierge for our Lakewood, NJ location. The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing a warm welcome by greeting all who contact the community in a courteous and professional manner.
**Currently looking for Part Time 28 Hours per week. Afternoon/evening hours M-F and Weekends**

Pay: $16.25 Per Hour, Bi-Weekly Pay cycle

General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greets visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
-Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
-Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present.
-Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
-Route calls accurately and take messages as appropriate.
Job Requirements include and are not limited to:
-Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and have the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and personalities.
-Ability to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities.
-Possess general clerical skills including typing, computer knowledge and data entry. Ability to multi-task and maintain accurate employee and resident lists as requested
-Must be able to express self adequately and communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and all visitors.

Meet and greet all who contact the community in a courteous and professional manner. Operate switchboard, transfer calls and provide general information about the Community. Provide caller/visitor with appropriate contact information as required. Perform clerical duties for all departments and assist with facility tours as requested.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and have the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and personalities.
- Must have compassion for the elderly and understand the aging process
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities
- Possess general clerical skills including typing, computer knowledge and data entry. Ability to multi-task and maintain accurate employee and resident lists as requested
- Must exude a pleasant personality at all times
- Must be able to express self adequately and communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
- Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present
- Instructs visitors according to individual instructions.
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Route calls accurately and take messages as appropriate.
- Forwards admission inquires to Director of Marketing.
- Receives and processes mail for facility, staff and residents.
- Accepts all outgoing mail and packages.
- Typing, copying, filing, ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, maintenance of records, logs, etc. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
