Job Description:
Description: Shift: Manager looking to engage contractor for assistance with coverage. Min. Hours will be 20/wk however could also be 40hrs/wk if needed. Looking for someone that is flexible to cover PTO, increase volumes, etc.
Max. Pay: $13.50/hr
Duration: 6 months, possible extension based on business needs

Main Duties/Must Haves:
- covering Front Desk for TD University
- day to day assistasnce with guests/employees coming into building - providing direction, answering inquiries, etc
- multiple events happen at a time - will be point of contact with vendors, SVP's, employees
- must be comfortable with multi-tasking and able to handle high stress situations
- must have the WOW customer service for this role
- previous receptionist/admin experience required
- wants someone that has a wide variety of experience/skill sets
The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Greets and directs visitors.
Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.
Receives and sends packages via couriers.
Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment.
Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years experience required.
