Concierge (Weekends & Holidays)

At The Oars, the Concierge’s primary purpose and function is to create a great first impression and to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and management team. This position requires an individual who has high energy, driven professionalism, and a sound business acumen. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Responsible for creating a great first impression.

● Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

● Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Conserve Executive Director’s time by researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

● Maintain Executive Director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and ensuring they meet deadlines.

● Create, maintain and manage systems appointed by the Executive Director i.e. Resident Roster, Emergency Binder, Sign In/Sign Out, Beauty Barber Appointments, Team Member Meal Purchases, Lost and Found, Mail, Resident Photos etc…

● Assist Executive Director to assemble resident files prior to move in and throughout his/her residency.

● Other projects as assigned by Executive Director.

● Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA.

● Provide reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording, meeting discussions.

● Fulfill annual training requirements.

● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

● Provide administrative support.

*Must be fully vaccinated with booster*

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
