Job DescriptionThe Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through booking appointments, touring prospective guests, upgrading services, selling retail products and being an overall concierge to the guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule various services for individuals and large groups utilizing the spa reservations software system.
- Follow up with guests as needed
- Recommend and up-sell various spa services to guests
- Reinforce promotions and specials
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest information
- Act as “Go to” person for all guests. Having full knowledge of all treatments, classes, and products the Spa has to offer
- Operate Spa’s point of sale equipment and effectively handle cash and credit card transactions
- Experience with sales in a Spa setting or Hospitality Industry
- Ability to read and write in English
- Impeccable attention to details
