We are currently seeking a part-time PT to join our team. As a PT, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and appointments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of assisted living facility operations and front desk procedures is beneficial
