Qualifications:We are looking for a MCLUB Lounge Attendant with a fun, vibrant, outgoing personality to engage our guests and provide excellent customer service while they are visiting our MCLUB. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing excellent service and can extend Marriott Service Standards to each and every one of our guests to ensure they feel at home while they are here. The M CLUB Lounge Attendant will serve food and beverage to guests, engage them in conversation, and make sure that every detail of their visit to the club lounge is perfect from the time they walk in until the moment they leave.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have experience in a Customer Service and/or facilities attendant role.
- Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Monitor MCLUB for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
- Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
