As a Concierge, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in the caregiver industry. Responsibilities

• Appointment Setting
• Providing caring and dependable companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Assisting with personal care
• Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities
• Grocery shopping
• Well checks
• Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
• Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your SAFE team and your client’s family

Recommended Skills

• Strong caregiving and service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling client inquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns or complaints
• No Nursing License Required

Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must have auto insurance coverage
• Must have a smartphone
• Must understand the importance of client confidentiality
• Applicants must be willing to complete all requirements for employment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
