The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17 to $20.00.

- Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.
- Set a positive, productive, and communicative tone as a leader in the department.
- Supervisors are required to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization, this includes providing direction to teams, timely feedback to managers for a more effective process.
- Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours
- Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
- Understands menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- The supervisor shall be able to write reports at the end of shift.
- Recognize what must be taught to servers and take required time to do so.
- Take pride in personal appearance; reporting to work in neat and clean clothing; maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by Company policy.

- Assure that every employee is doing their job correctly, if disciplinary action is needed; Operation Manager must be informed to make final call.
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to: Workdays, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- At Least 1-2 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment.
- Ability to give and follow directions as well as manage staff.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environments.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Must have RBS alcohol certificate required by state law.
- Must have CA food handlers certificate required by state law.
- Must have knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
