Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all Concession Stand patrons
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the Concession Stand area
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Concession Stand
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen and culinary procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
