Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Computer System Analyst
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or in person.
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct resolved issues to the helpdesk through open trouble ticket
- Provide accurate information on IT product or services
- Follow-up and update customer trouble ticket status and information
- Install various printers and excellent printer troubleshooting skill
- Replacing projector lamps and servicing the projectors
- Coordinate with office maintenance team and helpdesk team to make sure all office and conference rooms light and telephone system functioning well
- Manage Inventories like Printer Paper, Plotter Paper, Printer Ink and Toners for printers and keep it up-to-date. Replace the printer toner and printer/plotter paper.
- Assist in identifying office space for new personnel, put up their name tag and coordinate with the secretary to provide them office supplies
- Coordinate and provide support for the Audio Video Conferencing System including obtain conference dialup number and Video Conferencing (Bridge) number
- Keep the conference room and the system ready and available to use before and after the conference and provide full time support for various meetings.
- Manage and update personnel property and populate them into Excel spreadsheet workbook and track them through inventory tool
- Develop and maintain organization charts, floor plans and print them on the plotter
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on the process
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Good understanding of Computer Systems, Printer, Plotter, Fax, Shredders, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, wireless connectivity, and conferencing audio and video system
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Proficiency in English is a must
