Overview: This position serves as the technical liaison for the B&R Auto Wrecking staff. As an integral part of the IT Team, the position will provide technical support, assistance, and guidance. This position will serve as the front-line support with business users on service requests, investigating and evaluating problems, and escalating issues where necessary. This position will report to the Director of IT.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with staff in support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology infrastructure, such as workstations, servers, network, VOIP, mobile, data center, physical plant, etc.
- Maintains, collaborates, and supports technologies for security/compliance. Such as PCI compliance, security best practices, endpoint and firewall technologies, VPN, SIEM, authentication, audits, and investigations.
- Works with technology vendors in support, maintenance, investigation, and support of infrastructure/applications/development.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Experience using IT ticketing/project management tools/Remote monitoring and management tools.
- Experience working in support of a retail environment with multiple sites.
- Experience using and providing support for Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
- Experience with supporting unified VoIP platforms across multiple locations.
This position will, at times, require the Computer Support Specialist to work outside of normal business hours. The IT Director is open to discussions surrounding work hours, location, remote capabilities. Other technologies in support of the business, where appropriate, will be provided.
