- Position Summary
- One temporary hourly-intermittent Computer Lab Assistant position in the KECK Computer Labs.
- Days/Hours
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 12:00pm-4:00pm. Days/Times may vary.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after January 22, 2024 and ending on or before May 24, 2024. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring Computer Labs
- Assisting students and faculty with computer equipment, printers and scanners.
- Cleaning labs, whiteboards, etc.
- Filling printer paper and other lab supplies.
- Occasionally installing software.
Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PC computers and basic software.
- Ability to work with students and faculty in a patient and knowledgeable manner.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- GIS skills a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
