```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comptroller to join our team. As the Comptroller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee wages
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Comptroller or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
