Salary: $30-$35/hr
Schedule: M-F (7am-4pm)

JOB DUTIES:
- Hand-laminate components using the clients prepreg and other similar materials to specifications by blueprints, layup manuals, and other technical documentation
- Vacuum bagging and preparing components for curing
- Operate autoclaves, ovens, and other types of composite processing equipment
- Trim and assemble components to customer specifications
- Develop and build out work cells that improves efficiency by understanding and eliminating waste.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with prepreg laminating
- A minimum of 5 years working in manufacturing
- An understanding of lean principles
- Experience with hand and power tools and be able to use precision measuring devices such as scales, micrometers and calipers
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs
