As a compliance regulatory subject matter expert, provide support to the Compliance Executive in the following areas:
1. CAS Disclosure Statement (DS) compliance assistance. Primary activities include:
- Support finalization of Clark Construction Group (CCG) 2023 CASB Disclosure Statement updates and revisions. Due to USG on 11/01/2022
- Provide research and documentation assistance regarding commercial item determination of Asset Solutions Products and services.
2. Federal/Federal agencies/State and State agency proposal reviews – Support a systematic review of upcoming Federal, State and Quasi-federal agencies proposals to determine Federal and, or State regulations we should be tracking. Output is a checklist to help us train and brief the National Acquisition and Project Execution teams on Federal/State regulations.
3. Assist in review of/preparation of CCG’s Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) and CCG’s Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) for compliance with the disclosed Cost Accounting Practices.
4. Support the development and launch of CCG Preventive Corrective Action Compliance Risk Matrix in Q4 2022.
5. Support the review and update of Government Compliance related policies and Procedures.
6. Other compliance assignment as needed.
